2016: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) 15^th Annual Real Estate Excellence (REX) Industrial Development of the Year finalist team; Nexrock built a 890,000 sq.ft. industrial building in Brampton (ON) for Carttera Private Equities Inc.; it was the first and largest LEED Gold Core & Shell speculative industrial building in Canada.

2015: NAIOP 14^th Annual REX Industrial Development of the Year winning team: We built Adidas Group's 1,050,000 sq.ft. distribution centre in Brantford, ON for Panattoni Development Corp.

2013: NAIOP 12^th Annual REX Industrial Lease of the Year winning team: We built a 650,000 sq.ft. distribution centre for Lowe's in Milton, ON.

2008: NAIOP REX Green Award finalist team: We built the 100,000 sq.ft. head office & control centre in Vaughan (ON) for PowerStream; it was also LEED Gold certified.

2003: NAIOP REX Award for Industrial Development of the Year winning team: We built the 90,000 sq.ft. distribution centre on Torbram Rd in Brampton (ON) for Panattoni Development Corp., the 1st/largest speculative LEED Gold Core & Shell building in Canada.
